Details
: The Claverham Beer Festival is an annual Yeo Valley Lions event with help from the local community. It is designed not just to provide visitors with a good night out, but also to raise funds for local charities. A range of real ales and ciders. Live entertainment all weekend.

The 7th Bristol Cider Festival is one of the largest gatherings of real ciders and perries - and cider and perry drinkers - in the West. On offer will be over 100 ciders and perries including award-winning ciders from Lilley's Cider Barn, Ben Crossman's, Rich's, Thatchers, Broadoak and Heck's (Somerset), Weston's and Gwatkin (Herefordshire), Gwynt Y Ddraig (Wales), and Mr. Whiteheads (Hampshire) - as well as hog roast rolls and cheese platters, and a range of soft drinks for the drivers.
As well as the cider and perry, the Bristol Cider Festival will offer the best in local entertainment. Somerset's premier Wurzels tribute band The Mangledwurzels will be playing a full show on Friday evening and Satruday afternoon, providing their own brand of Wurzels-flavoured, cider-fuelled Scrumpy & Western madness to help you drink up thy cider. The Twurzels will be providing the entertainment on the Saturday evening.

Saturday 6th & Sunday 7th August 2011 - Open Day at Gwynt Y Ddraig Cider, Llest Farm, Llantwit Fardre, Pontypridd, Rhondda Cynon Taff CF38 2PW
Opening times: 11.00am–9.00pm Sat; 11.00am-7.00pm Sun
Admission: Entry to our farm open days will be £5.00 per day. On entry your hand will be stamped (different colour stamp for Saturday & Sunday) to indicate to bar staff and site security that you have entered the event via the main entrance. The cost of the ticket will include one free pint or bottle of cider or perry when presented at the bar.

: Once again Gwynt Y Ddraig will open it's cider filled doors to the general public for cider, food and fun. You probably know the drill by now, cider bars, burgers, some stalls selling spirits and traditional food in a farmers market kind of style. Families welcome! Live entertainment all weekend.
